Our other product is Palm Oil which is used in different ways like: Frying, Soup and Stew making, Sprinkling on Gari etc. SAMSBRIDGE Palm oil has no colour or additives are added; thus our palm oil is purely red palm oil; It must be stored at room temperature.
Our packaging is done in One (1) Litre PET bottles, 2 litres and 4.5 litre plastic bottles. Our packages are professionally sealed to avoid leaking and spillage. Packaging is done under strictly high hygienic conditions certified by the Food and Drugs Authority of Ghana
One of our Root Crops is Cassava which shall be processed into Gari by the company. Gari simply put is, grated, dehydrated, steamed and fried Cassava and is quite popular as a meal in West Africa. It is either soaked, kneaded, mixed with beans and can as well be used in a variety of ways. What makes it invaluable is its ability to stay on the shelf for a considerable length of time if properly fried.

SAMSBRIDGE Cassava flour is made from milled dried cassava. In Ghana, it is further processed on fire into what we call ‘JIJI’ and is enjoyed with soups like groundnut paste soup, palm nut soup, okro soup etc.

Shea butter is one of the most important local products in Northern Ghana and also few other African countries. Shea butter is a fat extracted from the nut of the African Shea tree (Vitellaria paradoxa). In Ghana, it is mostly used for dry, itchy and problematic skin and hair, for healing wounds and burns, for preventing stretch-marks, for child’s sensitive skin, as UV protector etc since it is rich with vitamins A, D, E and F. It is widely used in cosmetics as a moisturizer, salve or lotion. Shea butter is also edible and is used in food preparation in Ghana as well as other African countries.

He has a qualification in Draftmanship and worked with several companies prior to establishing the Supercare Group in 1991.The remit of the Group is designing and installation of refrigeration equipment, building of cold storage facilities and manufacturers’ representative. The company is the sole agent and distributor of Delchi air conditioners in Ghana

He is a matured young man with a strong drive for success, reliable, trustworthy, intelligent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with a good sense of humour. He holds a Second Class Upper Degree in BA. Business Administration from the renowned Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and has also undergone master class programs in Dubai and GTC in the United Kingdom. He worked for Ghana Water Company Limited as an Assistant Audit Officer and also worked as an Evaluation Officer who presented applications on behalf of investors on the evaluation and application licensing committee board at the Ghana Free Zones Authority. He believes agriculture is the future for the next generation and most of these non-traditional produce are mainly from the farm lands. He intends to make export of non-traditional agricultural products more appealing to the younger generation.
DIRECTOR
She is a creative person who is good at multi tasking and brings a lot to the table hence, not surprising she is the backbone of the company. She is an alumni of Wesley Girls’ High School (Wey Gey Hey) and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She holds a First Class Degree in BA Communication Design and interned for STB McCann, Ghana and sees to the daily manning of the company as well as ensures the vision and mission of the company are attained.
